This delicious pasta dish can be on the table in no time at all. Who doesn’t love pesto and together with cherry tomatoes and ricotta, this is sure to become a firm family favourite.
Serves: 4
On the table in: up to 15 mins
Ingredients:
- 400g Sacla’ Penne Pasta
- 275g cherry tomatoes
- 190g jar of Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
- 4tbsp ricotta cheese
- Handful fresh basil, roughly torn
Instructions:
- Cook your pasta according to the packet instructions, until al dente.
- Meanwhile, slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
- When the pasta is ready, drain and return to the pan. Empty in the whole jar of Basil Pesto, season with a little black pepper and mix well. Stir through the tomatoes and divide among four bowls. Top each with a dollop of ricotta and some fresh basil and serve immediately.
