door-to-door Service – safe
and reliable. We want you to have a safe, relaxing holiday, so when you travel on one of our Single Traveller coach holidays, provided you live within 20 miles of one of our free joining points, we’ll collect you from your home AT NO EXTRA CHARGE and then return you back home at the end of your holiday. Door-to-Door Service is not included on our ‘Jersey – An Island Paradise’ tour and on our Single Room Saver holidays. |
Local Joining Points – for your
convenience. On our Single Room Saver holidays we offer a local pick up service from over 400 local joining points in England, Scotland and Wales, call to find your closest. |
| At the Port – leave it to us At the port, our trained interchange team takes over. They take your luggage from the feeder coach to the main tour coach whilst you freshen up in one of the terminal refreshment areas. This normally takes about half an hour, then you board your tour coach, which drives onto the ferry. If your Channel crossing is via Eurotunnel from Folkestone, you have to transfer your own luggage, between your feeder and tour coach. We’d love to do it for you, but the authorities won’t allow it. |
| Crossing the Channel – you’re there
in no time
For all European coach holidays we use the short sea crossings from Dover to Calais or Eurotunnel from Folkestone to Calais. Our reservations staff can advise you which route applies for your prefered travel date*. The ferry takes 90 minutes giving you the chance for a stroll on deck and maybe have a bite to eat or explore the shops, restaurants and bars you’ll find on board. Eurotunnel crossings take only 35 minutes. Your coach boards the specially-designed train carriages for the speedy trip under the Channel. |
