Day 4: Boston - Quebec City area
Journey through New Hampshire, passing the state’s Capital Dome at Concord and the scenic White mountains. Capture inspiring views of mountain scenery, vast forests and innumerable lakes
on the drive through Vermont. Continue to the Canadian border and enter the French-Canadian province of Quebec.
Day 5: Quebec City area
Guided sightseeing tour of Old Quebec, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Day 6: Quebec City area - Montreal
Drive to the cosmopolitan city of Montreal and take in the major attractions on a guided sightseeing
Day 7: Monteal - Ottawa
Travel to Canada’s beautiful capital Ottawa, situated on the Ottawa river. Enjoy a guided ightseeing tour of the city. Later, perhaps take the opportunity to visit the Canadian Museum of History or Byward Market
Day 8: Toronto - Kingston - Toronto
Follow the route of the Rideau Canal south to St Lawrence Islands National Park. Enjoy a scenic cruise along the St Lawrence river. Make a short stop in historic Kingston, before heading to Toronto.
Day 9: Toronto
Sightseeing tour of Ontario’s capital and Canada’s largest city. Tonight, why not join an optional excursion for dinner at the top of the 1,815ft high CN Tower?
Day 10: Toronto - Niagara Falls
Travel around the west end of Lake Ontario, through rich farmlands and vineyards to Niagara Falls.
Take in spectacular views of the Falls from scenic points along the edge of the gorge, and from the decks of your sightseeing cruise where you will experience the thundering columns of water up close.
Note: In the event of bad weather, the Niagara Cruise will be substituted for the Behind the Falls walk.
Day 11: Toronto Falls - Lancaster
Head through the Appalachian mountains and along a portion of Susquehanna river, into rich
Pennsylvania Dutch farm country.
Day 12: Lancaster - Washington DC area
Visit an Amish Farm and House where a local guide explains the faith and way of life of these people. Continue to Washington DC.
Day 13: Washington DC
Visit Arlington National Cemetery to see the graves of American heroes. After, visit the Lincoln
Memorial and enjoy photo stops at Capitol Hill and the White House.
Day 14: WashingtonDC - Philadelphia
Travel north this morning to Philadelphia for included sightseeing focusing on the important buildings of this historic city, the birthplace of the nation and the steps of the Museum of Art where Rocky was filmed. See the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.
Day 15: Philadelphia - New York City
This morning, leave for New York City where the evening is at leisure.
Day 16: Los Angeles - UK.
Transfer to the airport for your flight to the UK.
Day 17: Flight lands in the UK.
