You can use either Sacla’s fresh spicy roasted pepper pesto or spicy tomato and pepper stir fry for this recipe. Whichever you choose, the dish will be delicious, sprinkled with toasted pine nuts and basil leaves.

Ingredients:
- 500g fresh Tagliatelle
- 300g cherry tomatoes
- 1 pack of Sacla` Fresh Spicy Roasted Pepper Pesto or 1 jar of Sacla` Spicy Tomato & Pepper Stir-in
- 3 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
- Basil leaves to serve
Instructions:
- Cook the tagliatelle in a large pan of boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan and add a drizzle of oil. Cook the cherry tomatoes for a couple of minutes, until they start to collapse, then add the spicy pepper sauce and pine nuts and check the seasoning.
- When the pasta is cooked, pour 1tbsp of the pasta cooking water into the sauce, then drain the pasta and toss through the sauce. Serve with basil and extra pine nuts.
