Christmas Eve – Girona
Girona is a compact and charming city located halfway between sea and mountains. There is plenty to see during our day out here, from exploring the grandiose Gothic cathedral to the beautifully-preserved Jewish quarter.
Christmas Day
Christmas Day is a lovely day of leisure and celebration in the resort, where we make the most of our hotel’s entertainment and plentiful food.
Boxing Day – Optional excursion to Barcelona with guided city tour (£20pp)
Join us for an optional excursion to Barcelona. We’ll see the highlights of this vibrant, beachside city with our guided city tour including the bustling streets of the Ramblas, the awe-inspiring Sagrada Familia cathedral and the area built for the 1992 Olympics.
27 December – Besalú and Playa d’Aro
We have a relaxing excursion to Besalú, a beautiful example of a medieval town, before continuing onward to Playa d’Aro, a resort rightly renowned for its fantastic golden beaches.
28 December
Travel to our overnight hotel in France, with a light evening meal included.
29 December
Continue on to Calais for our return ferry home.
