Clovelly
We take a journey back in time to the ancient and picturesque fishing village of Clovelly, where we can venture up and down the cobbled streets, taking in the views across Bideford Bay, or have a beverage at the famous 18th-century Red Lion Inn. Clinging to a 400-foot cliff, Clovelly is famous for being completely vehicle-less, with local supplies being delivered by donkey, sledge or on foot.

We head to Bude, a charming seaside resort on Cornwall’s dramatic north coast. Famed for its golden beaches, rugged cliffs and laid-back atmosphere, the town boasts two main beaches, Summerleaze and Crooklets. For those interested in history, Bude Castle, built by the Victorian inventor Sir Goldsworthy Gurney, offers fascinating insights into the local heritage..
