After joining the coach, we make our way to our hotel and check in. After time to freshen up, we enjoy a welcome drink which gives us the ideal opportunity to get to know our fellow travelling companions. After dinner, we’re treated to some light entertainment.
Christmas Eve - Guided city tour of Liverpool and pantomime
This morning, we enjoy a guided coach tour of Liverpool, learning all there is to know about its history and, of course, its most famous sons, The Beatles. After our enlightening tour, we have some time at leisure in the city before making our way to the M&S Bank Arena for a memorable pantomime performance of an old favourite, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Back at the hotel this evening, there’ll be more light entertainment in store for us.
Christmas Day Celebrations
Christmas Day is a day of relaxation and leisure at our hotel, where a traditional Christmas lunch is served with all the usual trimmings. This evening, we enjoy a light buffet dinner followed by light entertainment.
Boxing Day in Chester
We head to Chester, a charming and compact city that is a delight to explore. The city’s fascinating history spans the centuries, from the remains of its Roman amphitheatre to the eye-catching medieval Rows that line its streets. As well as its abundance of historical attractions, Chester also has a thriving shopping centre with a host of cafés, restaurants and pubs to tempt you. After our three-course farewell dinner, we enjoy a final night of light entertainment, the perfect way to round off the festivities.
27 December return home
After breakfast, we check out of our hotel and head for home.
