Holiday Itinerary New Year Celebrations in Norfolk
30 December
After joining the coach, we make our way to our hotel and check in.
New Year's Eve - Cromer and Sheringham
After breakfast we head to the traditional seaside resort of Cromer, which is famed for its Grade II listed pier, pretty fisherman’s cottages, independent shops and old-fashioned bakeries. Enjoy a stroll along the expansive beach or hole up somewhere cosy with a cuppa and watch the waves roll in.
Next up is Sheringham, once a quiet fisher town, these days it’s one of the most-visited spots on the north Norfolk coast. In typical British seaside fashion, there are plenty of amusement arcades, a lovely promenade complete with a rainbow swirl of beach huts, plus some curious attractions including a lifeboat museum and even a shell gallery! Later, we enjoy our New Year celebrations at the hotel, including a Gala dinner.
New Year's Day - Norwich
After a New Year’s Day brunch, we kick off 2025 with a trip to Norwich. This serene medieval marvel is brimming with architectural treats, and while the Norman Cathedral and castle are the stars of the show, there’s also an assortment of Christmas card-ready half-timbered houses that pepper the atmospheric cobbled lanes. What a wonderful place to explore without the crowds!
2 January
