Coach Itinerary
Thursday
Following an early morning departure from your local area, we travel to Royal Ascot. Your included ticket is for the Windsor Enclosure, where there are plenty of bars, artisan food stalls, big screen TVs, live musical entertainment, seating, lawned areas – and lots of places to place your bets! As the action begins, enjoy the excellent views of the traditional Royal Procession and all the afternoon’s racing, including the Gold Cup, one of the most celebrated events in the horse racing calendar. After the final race, we depart for our hotel.
Friday
After breakfast we begin the journey home, stopping en route in lovely Windsor where we have some free time to look around. Located on the River Thames, this ancient town has a rich heritage dating back over 1,000 years with many beautiful buildings and cobbled streets and is known for its connection to the royal family.

We’ll stay at a well-appointed hotel outside London (JG3 or JG4 rating). The comfortable rooms are en suite and other facilities include a bar and restaurant.
Your hotel will be confirmed approximately 3 weeks before departure, therefore we cannot guarantee that the hotel will have a lift and/or ground floor rooms and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
Hotels with a JG3 rating tend to be a more formal style of hotel, often part of a hotel chain, or are very-welcoming family-owned properties. Generally, they offer a greater range of facilities and services, and bedrooms tend to be a little more spacious with additional features.
