Paris Weekend Break away
Our journey begins with a comfortable coach ride to Paris, ensuring a relaxing and scenic start to your holiday. As we travel through the picturesque landscapes of England and France, you can sit back, unwind, and get excited for the adventures ahead.
Upon arrival, you'll settle into your accommodation at the charming Hotel Parly 2 in Versailles, or similar. This lovely hotel offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal base for exploring the wonders of Paris.
Day two is all about immersing yourself in the heart of Paris. We'll provide coach transfers to the city centre, allowing you to explore iconic landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Louvre Museum. As you stand beneath the Eiffel Tower, its iron lattice structure soaring above, you’ll feel the magic of this world-famous monument. The view from the top, with the city sprawled out beneath you, is truly breathtaking.
Stroll along the elegant Champs-Élysées, a boulevard synonymous with luxury and glamour. Here, you can shop in high-end boutiques, enjoy a leisurely walk, or sit at one of the many Parisian pavement cafés. These charming cafés are perfect for people-watching while you sip on a rich café au lait or indulge in a delicate pastry. The aroma of freshly baked croissants and the buzz of lively conversations create an ambiance that is quintessentially Parisian.
Day-By-Day
Day 1 - Journey to Paris
Sit back, relax, and let us take care of you. Depart from your chosen local coach joining point, and enjoy the scenic drive as we make our way to the channel crossing. Once we arrive in France, you'll get your first glimpse of the beautiful French countryside as we travel to your hotel, arriving in the evening. Settle in and rest up for the exciting days ahead in the heart of Paris.
Day 2 - Explore Paris
After a delicious continental breakfast at your hotel, hop on the coach as we transfer you to the vibrant city centre of Paris. Today is yours to explore to your heart’s content! Marvel at iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, and the majestic Notre Dame Cathedral. Take a leisurely stroll along the Champs-Élysées, one of the world’s most famous shopping boulevards, or relax at a Parisian café, soaking in the unique atmosphere of the city.
Alternatively, join our optional guided tour of Paris, which covers must-see sights such as the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, and more. As part of this excursion, you will also experience a magical boat cruise along the River Seine. Glide beneath historic bridges, with a full English commentary guiding you through the views and tales of Paris's history and architecture.
Day 3 - Paris
After breakfast we have another full day to enjoy Paris. Our coach will take you into Paris and will transfer you to three different locations throughout the day, returning to your hotel by mid-evening.
Day 4 - Journey home
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before checking out and boarding the coach for your return journey. As we depart the Greater Paris area and travel back through the French and English countryside, relax and share fond memories of your Paris Weekend Breakaway. We arrive home in the evening or early morning, with unforgettable moments to cherish.
